At 1661 to 1673 W. Broadway, near Euclid Street, an older office site has become 34 new townhomes in five three-story buildings. The city approved it as the West Broadway Townhome Project, and the Housing Element lists it as "Anaheim A Broadway Townhomes." Homes were completed in 2025.
The homes are compact, all-electric, and solar-equipped, with MLS list prices of about $695,000 to $740,000, among the lowest prices for new construction in Anaheim.

How It Fits Anaheim's Housing Element
Anaheim's 2021-2029 Housing Element requires the city to plan for 17,453 new homes, the most of any city in Orange County, including 8,344 above-moderate-income homes. The plan counts 56 "pipeline" projects totaling about 6,531 homes, and most of the for-sale townhome communities built in Anaheim since 2021 are on that list.
The site is project P-28 in Table B-2, "Anaheim A Broadway Townhomes," 34 homes at 1661 W. Broadway, in the application stage in December 2021. A few blocks west is Townes at Broadway, and a few blocks north is Emerald Pointe on Lincoln.
