Mason is Landsea Homes' community of 44 three-story townhomes at Lincoln Avenue and Laxore Street in west Anaheim, near Beach Boulevard and the Buena Park line. Landsea bought the land in June 2024, and homes were completed in 2025 and 2026. It is one of the newest for-sale communities in Anaheim, and homes are for sale now from the mid $700,000s.
Mason is next to the new 39 Commons shopping center, where In-N-Out, Dutch Bros, and Dave's Hot Chicken are opening, and a short drive from Knott's Berry Farm. It is also a sister community to Landsea's Nolin, a block away.

The Beach and Lincoln Area Is Changing
The corner of Beach Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue has been one of the city's long-running redevelopment targets. In the last few years it has added two Landsea townhome communities and a new shopping center, with affordable housing on the way.
