Townes at Orange is a small community of 24 townhomes by Melia Homes on part of the Faith Lutheran Church property on West Orange Avenue, just west of Brookhurst Street. The church kept the rest of its land, and Melia built six three-story buildings on about 1.3 acres. Sales opened in August 2024 from the low $800,000s.
Homes were completed from 2023 to 2025 and now sell as resales, with recent listings from about $800,000 to $950,000. With only 24 homes, listings are rare.

How It Fits Anaheim's Housing Element
Anaheim's 2021-2029 Housing Element requires the city to plan for 17,453 new homes, the most of any city in Orange County, including 8,344 above-moderate-income homes. The plan counts 56 "pipeline" projects totaling about 6,531 homes, and most of the for-sale townhome communities built in Anaheim since 2021 are on that list.
The Housing Element lists this site as project P-74, "Melia Homes (Faith Lutheran Church)," at 2219 W. Orange Avenue: 24 single-family attached homes, in the application stage in December 2021.
