Brio is the newest for-sale neighborhood at A-Town, Lennar's master-planned district in the Platinum Triangle. It has 73 three-story townhomes on E. Park Street and S. Union Street, next to Aloe Greens Park and a short walk from Angel Stadium, Honda Center, and the OC Vibe site. Homes were completed in 2025 and 2026 and have sold out, at list prices of about $870,000 to $1.03 million.

Brio and the Rest of A-Town
A-Town is Lennar's master-planned district in the Platinum Triangle near State College Boulevard and Katella Avenue, built under a development agreement with the city. By November 2024, Lennar reported 1,100 A-Town homes had passed final inspection, and the public linear park was finished in March 2023. Earlier A-Town for-sale neighborhoods such as Alia now trade as resales from about $640,000 to $800,000.

How It Fits Anaheim's Housing Element
Anaheim's 2021-2029 Housing Element requires the city to plan for 17,453 new homes, the most of any city in Orange County, including 8,344 above-moderate-income homes. The plan counts 56 "pipeline" projects totaling about 6,531 homes, and most of the for-sale townhome communities built in Anaheim since 2021 are on that list.
A-Town appears in Table B-2 as several projects: Areas B, C and D, E, F, G, and H, totaling more than 1,300 homes. Area F, Tract 17703, was listed at 73 homes, which became Brio.
