The former campus of Cornelia Connelly School, a Catholic girls' school at 2323 W. Broadway, is now Townes at Broadway, a community of 112 three-story townhomes by Melia Homes. The models opened in April 2023 and the community sold out by October 2024.
Townes at Broadway is resale only now, with recent listings from about $835,000 to $930,000. This post covers the site, the four floor plans, prices, and Melia's two sister communities nearby.

Melia's Three Anaheim Communities
Irvine-based Melia Homes has built three small townhome communities in Anaheim on former church and school land, all under the "Townes" name: Townes at Magnolia (59 homes, 2021), Townes at Broadway (112 homes, 2023), and Townes at Orange (24 homes, 2024). Townes at Orange uses the same floor plans as Townes at Broadway.

How It Fits Anaheim's Housing Element
Anaheim's 2021-2029 Housing Element requires the city to plan for 17,453 new homes, the most of any city in Orange County, including 8,344 above-moderate-income homes. The plan counts 56 "pipeline" projects totaling about 6,531 homes, and most of the for-sale townhome communities built in Anaheim since 2021 are on that list.
