New for-sale homes in La Habra are rare, and new ones priced around $700,000 are rarer still. The Birchwoods by City Ventures is one of the few: a collection of three-story townhomes with 2 to 4 bedrooms, two-car garages, and owned solar, priced from about $700,000. That is well below La Habra's overall median home price of around $900,000.
The community held its grand opening in February 2026. As of October 2026, City Ventures is marketing the final opportunity to buy, so the remaining homes are limited.
