Vista Walk by The Olson Company is a gated community of 117 townhomes at 251 W. Imperial Highway in La Habra, with 2 to 4 bedrooms, attached two-car garages, and a set of shared outdoor spaces including a dog park, firepit lounge, and barbecue area. It replaced a block of aging commercial and industrial buildings on Imperial Highway and was one of the largest for-sale communities built in La Habra in years.
Olson has sold out, so homes at Vista Walk are now available only as resales, and one is on the market right now. This post covers the featured listing, what was built, the site history, recent sale prices, and how Vista Walk compares with other new construction homes in La Habra.
3 bedrooms | 4 baths | about 1,717 sq ft | built 2024 | listed at $950,000 (as of October 21, 2026)
