As of this week, the housing inventory in Orange County remains below normal levels while buyer demand continues to increase. In the past seven days, properties were sold for 4.67% ($59,000) over the list price, indicating a strong demand for properties in Orange County.
Additionally, the days on the market for properties are low, with those priced under $1,000,000 going under contract in 18 days and properties priced between $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 going under contract in 21 days.
