Lacy Crossing is one of the largest new for-sale communities built in downtown Santa Ana in decades. KB Home built 117 homes on a former truck yard at East Third and Garfield Streets: 84 three-story detached homes and 33 attached townhomes. Sales opened in October 2021 from the $670,000s, and the community was finished in 2022 and 2023.
KB Home has sold out, so Lacy Crossing homes are now available only as resales, and recent ones have listed around $750,000 to $1,065,000. This post covers the site history, what was built, what homes are selling for now, and how Lacy Crossing fits into the wave of new housing in downtown Santa Ana.
