Eric's passion for real estate began at a young age when he started his career in the industry at just 17 years old, working alongside a custom home builder in California. From digging footings to pouring concrete and handling framing and electrical wiring, he was never afraid to roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty. It was during his time on the job site that Eric discovered his natural talent for recognizing the small details and perfecting the finishing touches.
After completing his studies at Indiana University, Eric made the move to Newport Beach, where he quickly immersed himself in the world of real estate lending. In 1998, he obtained his real estate license, followed by his broker license in 2003. With a solid background in finance, Eric effortlessly attracts a diverse clientele, including buyers, sellers, and investors.

Being a southern California native and growing up in Orange County, Scott has acquired a deep knowledge of the local market and all the area has to offer. Early on, a college internship with a commercial real estate firm sparked Scott’s interest in real estate. With this experience, Scott recognized the difference between investors buying an investment property and buyers looking for a house to make into their home. He also saw the importance of looking at real estate from both a numbers perspective and an emotional perspective.

After graduating from Arizona State University, David took a job in the technology field which brought him to Orange County, California. Shortly after the tech bubble burst, David decided it was time to make a career change and pursue his true passion, real estate. He felt the best way to learn the real estate business was to first have a comprehensive understanding of how to structure the financing. David started originating residential mortgages in 2002 and continues to enjoy the rewards that this business has offered him and his family. David holds a broker’s license with the Bureau of Real Estate. David currently resides in Laguna Niguel with his wife and their two sons.
