Eric Engelbert, Real Estate Broker

Not afraid to get his hands dirty, he dug footings, poured concrete, worked on framing and electrical wiring. On the job site, he discovered he had an eye for the small details and finishing touches.

After graduating from Indiana University, Eric relocated to Newport Beach. He was introduced to real estate lending and received his real estate license in 1998 followed by his broker license in 2003. His background in finance attracts buyers, sellers, and investors.

As an Orange County resident since 1996, Eric has expansive knowledge in the real estate market. His clients trust that he will listen to their needs and deliver, whether working with a first-time buyer or listing a multi-million dollar property.

Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, and his boy-girl twins that were born on Christmas Day. He is an accomplished amateur golfer and carries a 0 handicap. Other hobbies include gardening and landscape design.

Scott Alpi, Realtor

Early on, a college internship with a commercial real estate firm sparked Scott’s interest in real estate. With this experience, Scott recognized the difference between investors buying an investment property and buyers looking for a house to make into their home. He also saw the importance of looking at real estate from both a numbers perspective and an emotional perspective.

A graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo’s Business school, Scott has always had a passion for sales and helping people find what they are looking for. Being reliable, accountable and an attentive listener, Scott understands how to provide solutions to the needs of his clients, allowing him to be a top performer in each of his previous roles. Realizing the trust his clients place in him, Scott works tirelessly every day to exceed their expectations.

Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and son, being outdoors, cooking and reading. He loves to listen to podcasts, play golf and tinker in the garage.

After graduating from Arizona State University, David took a job in the technology field which brought him to Orange County, California. Shortly after the tech bubble burst, David decided it was time to make a career change and pursue his true passion, real estate. He felt the best way to learn the real estate business was to first have a comprehensive understanding of how to structure the financing. David started originating residential mortgages in 2002 and continues to enjoy the rewards that this business has offered him and his family.
